Our application process is quick and easy and can be done in person or online! The timing can vary, but for over 90% of applicants, we will know the results in as little as ten minutes! 

We make applying affordable with application fees of only $50 per applicant. There is a holding fee of $250 which goes towards your move-in costs! 

Most communities charge security deposits of one month to two months' worth of rent! YIKES! We have a more affordable move-in process that can either WAIVE or REDUCE security deposits to $500 for nearly all applicants (subject to screening approvals). The admin fee is $150 and Redecorating fee is $300. ASK HOW TO SAVE EVEN MORE MONEY WITH OUR PREFERRED EMPLOYER PROGRAM! 

We are Pet Friendly! Limit two pets per apartment. *Breed Restrictions apply. *No exotic or wild animals allowed.  

We do accept some deliveries in the office, please reach out to the leasing team for further information as restrictions may apply. 

In addition to the monthly rent residents will pay the following fees, please reach out to the leasing team with any specific questions.

• Consumers Energy for their gas services; to be in the residents name
• Board of Water & Light, Lansing for their electric services; to be in the residents name
• Our apartments are internet ready for service by Xfinity.

We offer optional carports for $20 per month. Open parking in the parking lots next to each building is available at no additional fee.
